‘Like Mick Dundee, its affable hero, it’s ‘about 40’ years old, but with the release of a remastered Encore Cut and a making-of documentary, it’s set to spark new conversations about Australian identity, masculinity, race and our cultural relationship with the US.’ – Rose Mulready, NFSA
This screening will be followed by a Q&A with Delvene Delaney and Victoria Baldock, the Restoration Producers of The Encore Cut.
The NFSA offers closed captioning and audio description services through Dolby Accessibility Solution receivers. A total of 15 receivers are available for selected screenings.
