The discovery of a severed ear lying in a field near small-town Lumberton, North Carolina, sets off the mystery investigation at the heart of this neo-noir classic. College student Jeffrey Beaumont (Kyle MacLachlan) teams up with local Sandy Williams (Laura Dern) and quickly finds himself drawn into a seedy underworld.

More divisive and less awarded that his earlier The Elephant Man, Blue Velvet nevertheless earned David Lynch another Oscar nomination for Best Director and has gone on to firmly establish its place as a cult classic.

There is dedicated visitor parking on the premises between McCoy Circuit and Ellery Cresent (paid parking, up to three hours). There is also limited free parking surrounding the building on Liversidge Street.
